2. Contract Formation and Third Party Platforms

If purchases are made via our own checkout, the contract is concluded exclusively between you and Christopher Vitous / CVS Angebote.

Important notice regarding Amazon and third party platforms:
If you purchase a Fairytales product via Amazon or any other external or affiliate platform, the purchase contract is concluded solely between you and that platform. Their terms, shipping policies and return policies apply. Fairytales is not the seller in these cases.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the services lawfully.
