If you purchase a Fairytales product via Amazon or any other external platform, shipping, delivery, tracking, shipping fees and delivery times are governed solely by that platform’s terms. In that case, shipping and delivery support are handled by Amazon or the respective third party provider.

If orders are available via our own online store, we currently ship within the European Union only.

Where shipping is included in the product price, this will be indicated in checkout.

4. Delivery times

If orders are available via our own online store, delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delays may occur in exceptional cases such as high demand, holidays or carrier related issues.

If orders are available via our own online store, we ship using suitable carriers depending on destination, for example Austrian Post, DHL or DPD.

6. Tracking

Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details.

7. Delivery terms and liability

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

8. Undeliverable shipments

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details or if the shipment is refused, additional reshipping costs may apply. Details will be communicated on a case by case basis where our own checkout is used.

We currently do not offer shipping outside the European Union, where orders are placed via our own online store.
