1. Scope

This Refund and Returns Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our own online store, where our own checkout is available.

Important notice regarding Amazon and third party platforms:
If you purchase a Fairytales product via Amazon or any other external or affiliate platform, all returns, refunds, cancellations and shipping matters are governed solely by the policies of that platform. Returns and refunds must be processed directly through Amazon or the respective third party provider. Fairytales does not accept returns or issue refunds for purchases made via third party platforms.

2. Returns for Direct Purchases

If a purchase is made directly through our own online store, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return conditions:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is in its original condition

  • The original packaging is intact and sealed

  • Proof of purchase is provided

3. Hygiene and Intimate Products

For hygiene and health protection reasons, intimate products such as vibrators, lingerie or other personal items are excluded from returns or exchanges if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Returns are only accepted if the product:

  • is unused

  • is unopened

  • remains in its original sealed packaging

4. Return Requests

You must contact us before returning any item:

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us without delay. We will assess the issue and provide further instructions.

6. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. After an approved return, a new order may be placed where our own checkout is used.

7. Right of Withdrawal within the EU

For direct purchases made through our own online store, you have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. This right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

8. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

9. Return Shipping Costs

For direct purchases through our own online store, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.
